        there will probably be a little excess skin but for the most part when people lose large amounts of weight, the skin sort of clings to the lean tissue underneath without "draping" too much. Of course when you have people losing many hundreds of pounds there is a ton of excess skin that has to be surgically removed

You need to start cooking for yourself instead of getting takeout fast food and prepacked foods. They have tons more sugar and salt than you should be having.

          But the most important thing is mindset. You need to understand that a diet is not something you go on until you lose weight. Diet is what you eat. And if you want to lose weight and keep it off you will have to make permanent changes to your diet. Your days of eating mindlessly have to be over.

          So walk me through your diet. What did you eat today?

          got it, so if I wanna live the healthy skinny life I have to eat like it for as long as I want that style of body this makes sense. well today was my last day of my weight gain feeder fetish. today for breakfast I had 3 bowls of fruity pebbles and a stack of pancakes. For lunch i had 2 McDonald’s cheeseburgers 2 fries a large coke and a McFlurry for dessert. For my afternoon snack I had a bag of large Doritos and kraft macaroni and cheese. for dinner I ate a 16 inch large pizza with pepperoni and another large coke.             Yes, unfortunately. Your fat cells never actually go away, they just deflate. So as you lose weight your body will think you're starving so will reduce your metabolism to try to get you to regain weight. The moment you go back to bad eating habits you'll just gain it back and more. So it has to be discipline and habit.

            Have to say, that daily food log is a lot worse than I was expecting. That's at least 5k calories and a truly enormous amount of sugar and salt. If that's how you normally eat then breaking these habits will be even harder than for most. You need to start measuring your food and tracking calories to keep it under 2000. Thankfully there are phone apps that make it easier, such as my fitness pal. But I very strongly recommend you talk to your doctor about healthy eating and get a recommendation for a nutritionist you can see regularly to review your food journals with.

            Weight loss is 80% diet, but you definitely want to be exercising too. Focus on cardio to boost your resting metabolic rate and try to keep metabolic syndrome at bay. Swimming is best for obese people, as the weightlessness reduces wear on your joints. But if you don't have access to a pool then the stationary bike, eliptical, and incline walking on the treadmill are fine. I'd avoid running though.

        Look up John Rose on youtube and follow his advice.

        You want to do an extended juice fast. Mostly vegetable juice.

        You want low-calorie juices with high mineral density. A water fast would also work but you will become depleted in vitamins, feel like shit, and won't be able to function nearly as well. A juice fast is superior.

    Anon I've been in a similar situation (just without the fetish) and I have to be honest with you: it takes time and effort. Especially if fasting isn't your cup of tea.

    If you start NOW (not tomorrow, not next week) you'll look human again in about 6 months and somewhat decent in a year. Decent doesn't mean problem solved, it means you'll still have a considerable amount of skin folds regardless of fasting and lifting dumbbells. You'll most likely need surgery.

    Not trying to demoralize you but you have to be honest with yourself now. And cut off the feeder fetish people from your life, they will do it themselves anyway.

    For reference, lost 40kg and have less sex than before as all my friends with benefits turned out being attracted to fat rolls and that only. Got ghosted for fixing myself basically.

      I’ve basically been out of the weight gain people surrounding me as I broke up with my bf and he was my feeder, this is why I made the decision to leave my fetish behind. it’s kinda hard because I’ve accustomed to getting myself off to my fantasy and others of gaining weight and I’ve basically lived the fat fetish and ate this way for 3 whole years. apart from that I only have my fantasy feeder forums and some people I talked to there but I can easily leave that behind.         I used to weigh about 110kg, now I'm in the 65-70 range.
