My forearms just dont seem to be growing and look stupid compared to my biceps
Could be worse, my forearms and biceps/triceps are the same size.

How much do I need to DL for 5 reps to not have bitch forearms? I have been trying to do more deadhangs as well but I havent been feeling great lately so today i was only doing them for 30 seconds. Also tried a false grip deadhang but it hurt a lot, gonna need to practice more
your forearms will start looking big 405 lbs and up with chalk and no straps

Get fat grips for barbells. Thicker diameter means you have to grip harder, harder grip means more forearm engagement, equals bigger forearms.
