    Fast and refeed until you're very low bodyfat, ideally staying faster for 5-7 days at a time regularly. Then never let your body fat go above like 20%. During this entire time and for the rest of your life, walk daily and do real cardio at least weekly.

      My visceral fat is actually pretty low based on the inbody scan I got a while back. All my fat is subcutaneous .

        what are you worried about if that's the case? visceral fat is the dangerous one.
        it's associated with pretty much every disease known to man. namely the most important being fatty liver, as the liver directly impacts every single function in the body due to filtration process or hormone conversion.
        just lose weight man, it's that simple.

        visceral fat is dad body, beer body usually.
        skinny people who suddenly and rapidly stop doing all exercises. they begin to rapidly develop fat internally, but not enough calories to develop fat all over.
        subc**taneous fat is associated with exercise, but high calories.
        un-ironically having b***h breasts, etc is very closely associated with exercise ironically.

      yea basically this only proves that dexa scans are trash. you can see from the scans that they obviously arent the fricking same body fat %. look around the fat guys neck area and face area for example.
