      I was mocked more than once for being skinny, after that I never spoken to a woman again, not until I get properly built. Isn't 1kg a week good enough? You gain a kilo of muscles in that period, or am I misremembering?

          No way you get 1kg of muscle in a week bro... a quarter is more realistic especially for a noob if you were intermediate that would be even lower. Imo though go for 0.5-1kg per week if you're a skelly since the additional fat wont matter too much especially if it's proportionate to muscle gain and it will help you break out of skelly mode sooner and leave more room for error in terms of muscle growth as your surplus will definitely be high enough.

      I'm 29, spent my entire life on vidya except I'm on the skinny side of the spectrum (you're either a fat fuck or a skeleton). Started going to the gym 2 months ago, my initial weight was 57 kg at 180 cm, now I'm 62.

      Being this skinny has killed my confidence entirely, as in I have thoughts like "don't talk to these people, you're too skinny for that", I really need to gain weight, properly. My aim is 80 kg.

    Ignore everyone telling you not to do this. I've gained ~30lbs since October starting at 135lbs and I look way better than I did before, and I'm a lot stronger. Yes, I have put some fat on, but if you're so skinny that people are making fun of you for it, then you'll look better if you put some (read: SOME!!!) fat on in addition to muscle.
    You just have to EATTTT! Eat good, non-goyslop foods until you are full and then wash it down with a protein shake. And make sure you lift hard while you're doing this

    15kg of muscle is ridiculous. 10kg of (mostly) muscle could be achieved with proper training, proper diet and a steroid cycle.

    Try the vertical diet along with either mike mentzer style hit training or german volume training (see which one works better for you, but definitely try both, maybe even alternate back n forth) n make sure you get plenty of sleep in between training sessions. Maybe even use some tongkat ali or tribulus for an added hormones boost n citruline with Himalayan salt intraworkout for a sweet pump. Best of luck anon!
