      yeah he looks like his bone hips are wide. there is no fixing that with exercise, diet, or even surgery. it is literally hopeless and he will never look normal. it is fucking bullshit that stuff like this exists in the world. very unfair to him.

    Immediately drop sugar in all forms and start with just doing 20 pushups, squats and sit-ups every OTHER day for a few weeks and see how you feel. Start upping the amount as you gain strength, but ALWAYS take a day in between working the same muscle group or nothing will develop

    Also eat more veggies + organic red meat + clean water, drop seed oils and cut carbs down significantly

    start doing cardio and only cardio for like a month. it should hurt a lot. you should sweat a lot. make sure you go hard so that you hurt and sweat a lot and NOTE YOUR PROGRESS. do more the next day. repeat this for a month. then start lifting weights. you will ALWAYS look like shit because of your misspent youth but you can look a lot better than that and the alternative is continued decline from that horrible baseline.
