    This summer? Impossible. Try for next summer and start now. You can lose weight by eating a caloric deficit and you can get abs by exercising them. Get an ab roller when you've lost enough stomach to use one properly.
    Picrel is my cat. He's a little chubby but I'd take a bullet for him.

    Water fast for a month or more and go on 10k + walks every day. It's not easy, but it's possible*

    *I haven't done this but have read accounts of multiple people who did around a month of fasting.

    After that, work out hard and lean bulk
    for another 6 weeks. You might not have a 6-pack but you'd be in much better shape. Probably skinny-fat or lean-ish depending on genetics. Obviously, 99.999999% of people won't be able to stick to this if their motivation is only to look aesthetic.

    Steak au poivre once a day, chicken milanese(marinated in balsamic evoo salt) with a lot of spinach and marsala/vesuvio/piccata + potatoes or pasta(1500 cal meal before lifting so you keep your muscle, cafe mocha or caramel if you have no taste buds) and that's it plus lifting 2 days on 1 day off.

    wont be this summer buddy, sorry. unless you fast and lift like crazy for 2 months but by then its already mid summer. if you’re a beach/aesthetics gay like me you need to plan by Jan 1 what your time and goal is.
