I've been down the road and back at the gym. Anytime I work out to much, my pectoral muscles swell up, so I try to avoid certain exercises to prevent the feeling of having bitch tits. I've basically given up on gym life, altogether due to this.
I see men in movies with these perfectly cubical, muscular chests, and it makes me wonder if they didn't undergo serious work under the knife to reach that point. Is it a matter of removing muscle tissue, it can't be just fat? Is there any hope? I sometimes think it's related to diet.
