Walk every other day with kettlebells doing a Farmer's Carry. When about to lose grip, hurl the kettlebells up into a Rack Carry (use shoulders if you need the break to recuperate grip).
I use 2x 30lbs. kettlebells.
1.0-1.5km circuit.
This is the only lift that I do. I do light cardio on alternating days.

You don't need to do alot. I'd recommend progressive neck bridges (do static ones, no movement as this is what fricks up necks) and do harder variations when you can sit comfortably in the position for 1 minute. I.e. front bridge on hands and knees progressing to full front bridge. Also get a neck harness and do: 1) side to side rotations 1x25, 2) nods 1x25. Up weight when 25+ is done. (You may find these good bent over with a flat back.) Also barbell shrugs (3x10 - 50%x10, 75%x10, max). These will grow the traps and surrounding muscles giving thickness to the neck like nothing else.
Do this 1 day per week, 6 weeks on/2 weeks off, and you'll have a much bigger neck in a while.

Wrestlers frick up their neck often overloading (admittedly most do stupid shit like have another sit on their chest in a bridge or grab a curlbar with 40kg on it as they bridge shakily for 10 seconds).
