    Being a warrior is from a bye gone era it doesn’t exist anymore. Now you just get knee pain and hearing damage. You should just get jacked but most importantly get your money up so you can be financially free and never get israeliteed. When you think about most warriors were moron manlets throughout history and if we were fighting 600 years ago we would be peasants in a pike formation. The concept of being a warrior is just fantasy and exists to get men to die for their ruling class.

    Pic related looks like that from training for strongman competitions (as well as being a genetic anomaly and using large amounts of drugs). You can emulate that style of training by prioritizing these movements in your training:
    OHP (strict, push press, jerks)
    Deadlift (from various heights)
    Loaded carries (farmers, yoke, front carry)
    Loading/shouldering (sandbags, stones)
    Squat (Front squat, zercher squat, back squat)

    Lots of rooning, lift moderately heavy with a focus on big compound movements coupled with lots of calisthenics, do yoga, and learn both armed and unarmed martial arts (with HEMA, boxing, grappling arts, Olympic fencing, and kendo/kenjutsu all being good options). Historically and today, the people we think of as warriors weren't jacked, ultralean bodybuilder types or fat strongmen, they were relatively hefty guys with lots of stamina and mobility, and they were strong but let their weapons do most of the work. Of course, that's before a lifetime of being a warrior demolished their bodies and gave them crippling back and knee injuries or just plain got them killed.

      I would argue that sprinting and long distance walking would be better than rooning. Think about it, armies have always marched (walking) then charged (sprinting)
