      OP you're going to need to drink 2L of coke every day, plus 6 beers while eating tons of spaghetti al pomodoro, no cheese allowed. Top with olive oil or butter, as much as you fucking want. You can down 2000+ calories in one sitting. The beer will help carbo load you, and it also causes you to burn the alcohol for energy first so all that pasta and coke goes straight to adipose until the alcohol is out of your system. Snack on cheap candies and various chips in your free time. If you want something not disgusting, try sourdough bread in olive oil with Hispanices.     After that have dessert. Some kind of pastry. They are light and full of sugar. Or a box of donuts becausr donuts are easy to devour one after another. Plus because of all the pasta you will retain a ton of water so you will not only turn into a fat ass, you'll be a jiggly, wobbly fat ass.

    you're going to want to become insulin resistant as fast as possible. the easiest way to do this is sugar as many times throughout the day to constantly spike an insulin response which builds insulin resistance like a muscle.
    sugar in this instance will include carbs and starches (think high GI vegetables).
    within this you'll have to include fiber as well because the faster the tract pumps out mostly digested food the more you'll want.
    also try to include carbs/sugars WITH fats in the same meal, there is almost nothing in nature which is fat + carb combo - this is because eating triggers a storage response and if you eat high fat + carb (sugar) meal you'll store more of the sugar in the form of fat.
