you're going to want to become insulin resistant as fast as possible. the easiest way to do this is sugar as many times throughout the day to constantly spike an insulin response which builds insulin resistance like a muscle.
sugar in this instance will include carbs and starches (think high GI vegetables).
within this you'll have to include fiber as well because the faster the tract pumps out mostly digested food the more you'll want.
also try to include carbs/sugars WITH fats in the same meal, there is almost nothing in nature which is fat + carb combo - this is because eating triggers a storage response and if you eat high fat + carb (sugar) meal you'll store more of the sugar in the form of fat.
