Something very basic you can do is farmers walk or just hold a 45lb plate in each hand for as long as possible squeezing and really gripping the plate. like the rubber ones that have handles that are usually similar width to fat grips. this will build up mind muscle connection in the forearms and should help you engage them. great little warmup to get the grip firing before deadlifts. gripping the ball will feel like nothing after gripping a much wider implement and you will feel stronger having your hands warm.

you dont isolate forearms, but still its very simple to target them. ez curls, reverse curls. thats all. ezpz

not a gimmick. you can do wrist rolls but having to lower the rope makes them kind of shit and just aren't really fun.

You knew when you jack off and you hold your dick in your hand with the head nearest to your thumb / pointer finger? Reverse grip that. Keep thumb / pointer finger towards the base of your dick. Do that everytime you beat your dick to get Popeye arms.

Low weight high volume isolations, you should feel your forearms bursting after you’re done and have trouble using your fingers after. Also gets you perma vascular forearms after a while.

Basically same as calves, they wont grow with low reps. They suck training cause of the burn but you’ll learn to enjoy it eventually.

      > Using your fingers.

Hey you are training your extensors as well? No damn, you are missing out.

      > Train grips and twists till fatigued.
      > Next day almost can't open fingers.
      > Starts training extensors.
      > Repeat cycle for ungodly gains.

Farmer's walks aren't isometric other than the squeezing part it builds support grip, just do it with one hand at a time.

Agreed, if you feel farmers are isometric get something with more unbalanced heft to it to walk with than a standard dumbbell, keeping it under control while it jostles as you walk ain't isometric.
