    i had this same issue when i first started - how to get this line, this muscle, that overlap, the bicep vein, shoulder vein...etc
    then you see a video of some roidtroony on yt telling you to do this super secret gay press and watch his series on best 5 exercises THEN you will get the overlap you want
    just lift homosexual. get off youtube, instagram, etc, go lift , push yourself, eat well, stop being fat, and wait.

      This. When I started off I was also autistically overthinking specific muscles and exercises to optimize my physique. Then, over the years, you realize that it's all pointless and that 99,99% of results come from simply lifting. People who have a good line between chest and shoulder don't actually do a special exercise or routine to get that line. They just lift consistently, for long enough, and possibly have luckier genetics than others. Just make sure you have a solid routine that hits chest and shoulders. Literally just pick any chest and shoulder compound, make sure you progressive overload, and keep going to the gym constistently. That is going to give you 99,99% of the results.
