How do you give up cigarettes? How do you give up Alcohol? How do you give up crack cocaine? At the end of the day you have to make a choice, take a stand, and maintain your discipline. If you fall off the wagon you repeat, ideally as quickly as possible. There's no magic bullet that is going to relieve you of your personal responsibility in this.
You're not eating enough protein. Protein regulates the blood sugar and hunger through the day. Start eating a high protein breakfast every day and you life will be changed.
I’m the OP. Yeah, I cook meals and stuff but I ate them waaaay too early and had my last meal at 4 PM.
High protein high fat yogurt.
Nah low fat.
You can eat more of the stuff, more density, more full, at less cals
Then spend those spare cals on protein powder and mix it in, delicious as fuck.
