    Start with baby steps, the thing most people don t actually understand is that it is a complete lifestyle change, that means if you really don t want to be a fat ass anymore you will never ever live like you do now and to make this change you need to slowly adapt to the new one, so make tiny changes each day to reach your goal, eat just a bit less of shit food today, instead of having 3 shitty meals or whatever have 2 and so on and in time get to where you find the right balance for you

    I find I have 2 key problems. 1 is that my workplace likes to bring in unhealthy food (pizza, burgers, donuts). And the 2nd problem is that I also enjoy bad food.

    So here's what I do. I don't eat until 5pm. This way, I can already ignore all food at work since I usually leave at 4pm. Then I only eat healthy food when I get home. Egg whites and chicken. Then after the days I work out. I'll reward myself a snack to ease hunger cravings. Either pepperoni and cheese or a scoop of peanut butter.

    This has helped me lose 1lb a week for 3 months so far. Going from over 160lbs to less than 150.

      The problem used to be that I'd eat the unhealthy food brought into work on a daily basis and then I'd come home, eat unhealthy foods and then eat huge snacks

      With the steps I've taken I've eliminated junk food at work, started eating healthier, and still have space in my diet for small snacks that keep my cravings inline. There is no problem anymore
