How do I grow the Serratus muscle?

Also I've got wide hips like a b***h, will working the Serratus help hide them, or atleast even out my physique

Think he's talking bout the coveted V taper. Where as with his womenly birthing hips he's more of an hourglass.

I'd maybe work on the whole posterior core chain: abs, lats and def obliques

        >def obliques
Wouldn't growing those just make my b***h hips look bigger?

Obliques are on the side of your torso, right and left of the ab. They dont really affect the hips but if you have low bf and trained onliques you can get an adonis belt

Growing serratus is good but if you grow the laft and delts a lot your shoulders/upper back/chest will look wider and manlier. Youve prob done this but just in case, check your posture

I mean... just do proper form

I did ab twists, which is like ab crunches and russian twists and my spine was perfectly fine. You could do just russian twists but I like 2 bird with 1 stone

V taper is lean mass and larger lats and serrati. Serrati are worked with front dumbbell raises, I know that

      no lats is aesthetic.

V-taper is from having wide shoulders with big delts and relatively smaller waist/hips w/ adonis belt. Chicks don't give a frick about lats, if that's what OP is lifting for.

no lats is aesthetic. We've been over this anon. Lats, traps and legs are for the men...Delts, bi/triceps and abs are for the ladies.

No lats looks awkward. Not that a woman could tell, but if you shopped bigger lats on him and put it side by side, most women would prefer that back improvement. That’s to a point, though, I’m not including roidtroony-tier mass.

In my experience women just like when you have visible muscles and veins. My gf and exes all love my back and forearms because my back is big and meaty and my forearms and hands have lots of veins.

uhh is there a correlation between low IQ and latlets?
V-taper, definitionally, without the lats and their insertions allowing them to pop out when viewed from the front isn't a V, you unsalvageably moronic creature
wide shoulders and narrow hips are just contributors to the V-taper aesthetic
        also

He trains specifically for the proportions he has, all the imbalances he has are entirely by choice, you're not going to convince him to work anything that isn't useful for climbing or swimming.

It's just so damn hilarious that someone that doesn't even bodybuild dunks on an entire board specifically trying to do that in the most efficient manner so hard.

use a theraband wrapped around your back.
    push arms out
    do this for hypertrophy.
serratus anterior is a muscle that responds better to repetition that strength. it is by design meant to stabilize your arm during every single arm movement.
