        Yes. However, it depends on your genetics if that's a bad thing. If you cut down to 10% and fit in a size 30 waist there's no reason to be afraid of oblique training. If you're a shredded size 34 then maybe it's time to stop.

    I did a shit ton of side-raises and bends and just grew them. I'm presently too high bodyfat to show them without posing however.

    It's genetics + lower obliques + leanness
    Lower obliques are something that I have never directly targeted, they get hit kinda hard in most harder ab exercises and get some activation in compound lifts and running

    The adonis belt is not formed by any muscle and thus you cannot exercise to form it nor improve its shape. Pic related. The adonis belt is formed by the iliac crest of the pelvis. It is revealed through low bodyfat on the pelvis.

    Making your obliques bigger will make it more prominent. This is the best machine imo. If you have a barbell, then landmine twists:

    Actually use your abs. You can use more weight if you're swinging it around with your shoulders and back. Don't do that.
    After landmine twists, probably leg raises with a twist.
