    You need 2 things for focusins fat loss more in an area than in the rest of the body
    >Being in a calorie deficit
    >Blood flow
    The last one is a big part why the belly fat is the last to go away while legs go first,we do cardio with bikes,walking,running,which mostly uses the legs so the legs get insane bloodflow.
    I suggest a form of cardio that activates the core more like swimming

    There's a handful of papers about exercise and cardio leads to more central fat loss compared to peripheral. Other papers also point out that fat loss in abdomen is rate limited by circulation (fat cells dump out triglycerides easily, but getting them cleared into global circulation is the slow bit) and that increasing circulation helps speed up abdominal fat loss. Those two sets of evidence are obviously related.
