Eat less, move more until you are 80lbs lighter. Then keep moving so you don't gain it back.

Just keep eating and hope you die sooner rather than later. Some people just aren't meant to make it.

    Just repeat after me:
    >I'm not fat. I'm just bulking
    >My lifts are going up.
    >A man weighs more than 300 lbs

Depends on how fast and how healthy you want to lose it:
    >Option A (easy mode)
An average of 300 calorie a day deficit will have you lose the weight over the course of about three years. Basically, don't change your diet, but lift and do cardio daily and after three years you'll have lost the weight and have no loose skin and you'll feel physically great.
    >Option B (normal mode)
An average of 800 calorie a day deficit for a year. You will lose the weight, but you'll feel like garbage and at the end you'll have a bunch of loose skin that will take a few years to go away.
    >Option C (hard mode)
    A hatchet and a tourniquet.

Go on a big cut then maintain then do reverse dieting (slight bulk) and lift intensely and heavily and do cardio

Body recomposition will come to you easily

Let me add onto this because it doesn't clarify enough. Okay, so you have 80 lbs to lose.

Cut for 2 months. Eat high protein, low carb, and moderate fat. Try to increase volume of food as much as possible while keeping calories low. If you're maintenance TDEE is 2500, then cut to 2000. Do 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of lifting 5-6x/week on top of this.

You will lose 20-30 lbs this way. Mostly fat.

Next, stage 2: Maintenance (1 month):
Bring up TDEE to 2500 again and do the same thing otherwise. You will continue to lean out but most importantly you will regain hormonal balance.

Finally, stage 3: Reverse diet (3 months):
Go on a slight caloric surplus of 150 calories and lift just a bit harder than you did before. Increase your gym sessions by 20 minutes on average. You will actually lean out during this stage the most, because a ton of fat will be being replaced by muscle you are packing on.

      Cycle this as needed.

For the next 2 to 3 months you can lose up to 5lbs of fat eating less, lifting weights and walking, the next 2-3 months after you can lose up to 3lbs per week ans the remaining months you can lose up to 2lbs.
Just eat progressively less and become more active, aim to drop your calorie intake until you hit a calorie intake for your body at minus 80lbs, the more active you become the smaller the difference in your required caloric intake at your ideal bodyweight will be compared to your current caloric intake.
