How do i lose weight

When all I do is eat and sleep? I dont kno how to lose weight for hrt cause i have zero motivation. What do i do?

    Seconding the anons saying to eat less and healthier. Who's providing food for you? Who's buying you enough food that you can stay fat? If it's you, cut that shit out. When I was depressed I just didn't let myself buy unhealthy food, so there was none at home to eat. You only have to use your willpower once, instead of every time you're hungry

      try to eat only one meal every/other day, thats what im trying but its difficult.
      ideally working out because then you burn more cal from working as well as actually having the muscles
      but im completely sedentary and doing anything is difficult.

    Sounds like you have a problem with your physical or mental health. I recommend trying to identify and solve the issue, which should then allow you the willpower to lose weight.

    once you're there, you should start working out
    and when you're already working out enough, you start counting calories and macros, and having a workout progression
