      >binge eating
i cured that by having healthy easier to eat shit on hand all the time. pickles, pre prepped salad fixings with oodles of low cal tasty dressing. drinking a whole bottle of vinegar and oil dressing is less cal than youre binge eating sesh, likely. gl fatass

literally this, for some reason people think they won't ever have snack urges so they refuse to buy snacks at all and then wind up just ordering mcdonalds or going to their local store to pick up chips and shit
have healthier options, precut fruit, precut veggies, salad mixes, anything instant but nutritionally healthier is going to be life changing

As someone who's lost a lot quickly but also gained it back. The primary issue is executive function. Just don't eat food, I'd reccomend intermittent fasting combined with caloric reduction, and occasional one day fasts. You only have so much willpower in a day so you can't think about food 24/7 without cracking. Distract yourself. If you're neurotypical you can easily just meditate and make incremental changes that you measure. If you're not neurotypical and have several mental illnesses like me, you can't just bootstraps yourself sadly, and will probably need meds and therapy.

Exercise beyond baseline activity for health to lose weight is a cope. That entire graph where I lost weight I was completely bed bound. It's all about diet.

SOME exercise is helpful and weirdly helps some people with hunger control

so doing walks or jogging can be a good idea

yeah idk i spend 14h/day in front of a computer doing 0 activity, i only eat sandwich during lunch bc there's nothing to eat where I work. I should do my own food but that's too much work

walk every day for at least 30 minutes, drink water, sleep 8 hours per day and try to don't eat junk food, If you do all of this in 20 days you will notice the difference

    Stop eating.

Eat one meal, once a day. Skip every other day. 48 hours between eating.

Anything else is a pathetic and worthless half measure that won't make you a shred of progress.

I do this as a hikki NEET, and it's torture going that first 48 hours without eating, after only eating one meal a day for the entire time prior. I don't know how I used to do it by accident. But after that, it doesn't hurt that badly anymore. But I sometimes go back to once a day out of boredom.

But I cannot imagine this as being anything but unhealthy if you actually exert yourself physically in literally any way. Especially if you have to commute in the sun. Not OP btw.

as someone who was trying to lose and became fat, do what i dont do

count your calories on every frickin thing
exercise (take stairs, jog, get up every hour from sitting to stretch)
eat good food. learn to cook veg properly and that shit will be delicious and unfattening

      ill add another tip:
plan your failures bc they will happen. instead of going on a full binge eat a reasonable portion of some delicious thing you have planned in advance. this could be a small bag of chips or a small chocolate bar or your fave ramen noodles, your choice

dont just eat it at the first sign of weakness, but when u recognize you're legit going to fail, reach for whatever this is

i also always carry a snack or protein bar with me. so if i get the urge to eat mcdonalds or pizza while out and about i just have that bar instead. it will satiate me enough to get me thinking straight

I've lost weight stupidly fast by going full anorexic mode. I do have OCPD, which allows me to do stunts like this.

    >Count all the calories you eat
    >Walk as much calories away as you have eaten
Repeat every day until hospital or goal weight. To stay thin, I've gone full vegan.

Get a therapist. All fat people are like that because of depression or cptsd.

everyones diffrent but not really its all ci/co except that diffrebt types of calories break down diffrently so try to get high protein and high fiber. my favorite weightloss foods that are cheap and easy to make is a boiled egg and a serving of oatmeal + a peice of fruit and a cup of coffee. im on meds that make me not hungry so but i lost alot of my covid weight before the meds and im telling you high protein + half a cup of oatmeal for breakfast and sometimes another one with some peanut butter for like an after dinner snack and i swear you wont feel full.

its actually like hard to eat half a cup of oatmeal a boiled egg and an apple along side black coffee its like EXTREMELY filling for like 8 hours in my experience

so yeah count your calories, i learned to pace around my house/room/ walked outside often basically dont sit dont or do that the least you can and all those calories add up. i like running but you might not feel ready and like doing a basic exercise routine every other day untill you internalize it and add more when it feels too easy helps a bit, moreso for general health.

good luck anon i love and belive in you, you are stronger than obesity and you deserve good health

If you're disgusted by your weight, you're halfway there. for me browsing ed twitter has been good fuel to keep my appetite in check. I also will shame myself for a bit on the days I've gained a pound or so.

You just gotta code fatphobia into your brain long enough that you're disgusted by the idea of eating.

okay if you want to find healthy snacks try some raw carrot, kale chips, or even just drink enough water so you arent as hungry

if you wanna go full on stupid mode you can start smoking/vaping, nicotine is an appetite suppresant. just be warned if you quit you will get fat
