    Whatever you do don't anamax .-. it's stupid and a bad habit, just eat at a caloric deficit and work out and it basically does what anamaxxing is supposed to but y'know, healthier.

            Cut all carbs out, try to focus on protein and healthy fats. Do exercise but don't over do it, if you are staving yourself.
            Even just plain walking is good, if you are scared about over eating, thus eating too little and get tired.
            Don't drink any sodas or anything that contains sugar in it. Primarly water.

                Well, then I would suggest you to try cutting all carbs, just plain all carbs. Ofcourse everything has some amounts of carbs, but no sugar is the key.
                I'm 6'2'' so I don't know how much you should starve yourself but I have dropped from 210 lbs to 182 lbs in 2 months and still have about 30 lbs to go. It's really doable but it depends 100% on your own ability to control your diet and getting in the regural exercise.

    try to stick to like 1000-1200 cal/day.

        If you don't mind sharing your height and weight, it would put some perspective to what you should start.

        But counting calories is the main thing, and losing all the carbs and especially sugars in your diet.
        Remember to drink water and stay hydrated during dieting.

    Limit how much you eat and you will, no excuses, lose weight.
    Like, if you're gaining weight or you're fat, it's because you eat too much. It's that simple.
