how do i lose weight without family/teachers noticing i'm dieting?
18f. i used to be really fat and now i'm kind of slimmer but i'm not really at my goal yet. my friends are all way more skinny than me.
my mom and dad had this whole sit down talk with me and one my teachers did too a while ago and they were all like "you're unhealthy whatever" when i'm fine.
at home they always look at me when we eat and get weird about me finishing everything or whatever and at school my sister always comes up to me at lunch and acts really awkward and stares at me till i eat or whatever.
i'm not anorexic, i just need to loose a little more weight so i can reach my goal body.
how do i do it without them all noticing?

    Dont take diet pills they are pretty ineffective (i sell these things for a living)

    Work out at a gym.
    You get to lose weight, look great and not die of fat-related illnesses.

      i can't go to the gym because i dont really want people to look at me.
      i do workouts in my room and i walk as much as i can but they're starting to act weird about that too idk.

    Well first off count your calories. If you want to lose weight you should aim for 1200-1500ish calories a day. Make sure you count everything. Now as far as losing weight without people noticing, I would first check your BMI. If it’s under 18 then you’re not fat you dumb moron. If you’re lower than 18 you are anorexic and should see a psychologist. Honestly anything under than 20 I’d consider really skinny.

    If your BMI is over 20 and you want to hide your weight loss then eat large portions of vegetables and skip all other types of food groups. You can eat many veggies so it will look like a lot of food but calorie wise you’re not eating much. At school I would just order a giant plate full of veggies or a salad with no dressing or something. Then at home you can just eat a normal dinner worth like 700-800 calories. Skip breakfast if you can, otherwise just get cereal bars and “eat them”(throw them away) on the way to school.

        Maybe you have a little bit of belly fat but 14 is extremely fricking low and losing more weight is dangerous and unhealthy. What you need to do is eat more and work out to build muscle. You get rid of belly fat by having ab muscles which helps better distribute the fat. I’m guessing you have a visible ribcage and your arms and legs look like bones.

        I think a trap a lot of skinny girls fall into is they go for low body fat percentage, which normally is fine, but in your case you have zero muscle definition which means you’re literally just starving yourself to death.

          you can see my ribs a little bit but my arms are still kind of flabby and gross.
          i've been doing these workouts from instagram. normally i cando them ok but sometimes my head starts feeling weird idk. is there something specific i should try?

              i understand what you're dealing with, i had an ED when i was your age.
              stop playing the games of it. try as hard as you can to find something else to be interested in, other than food and how your body looks. everything you have posted here, and i'm sorry if it his sounds mean, sounds like someone who is not alright. also i don't belieive you're 18 so gEt ofF tHiS WebSiTE

            Your problem isn’t fat, it’s no muscles. You need to eat more, probably 2500 calories a day (ideally more). I know that sounds scary like you’re going to get fat, and you will gain a little bit of fat as you bulk up but you will also gain muscle if you work out. You can do body weight exercises like pushups and sit-ups. Just do sets of those (for example, 10 push-ups followed by 90 seconds of rest, then another 10 push-ups) until you physically can’t anymore. Do the same with squats and crunches. You do those three things until failure (until you physically can’t do anymore), and you eat excess calories, you will build a nice foundation of muscles which will give your body the definition it needs to maintain an attractive level of fat while still being healthy.

                , then keep doing what you’re doing I suppose. That body is worryingly thin though, and I think having that as a goal is pants on head moronic. You can cause yourself to be infertile and have a heart attack or other very dangerous things. Not only that, men do not like that if you’re looking for a bf. Men like healthy looking girls, not starving ones.

    You don't need to cut food, you need to exercise a bit more. Pick up jogging, do a little light lifting too. Give it a couple months, you'll see progress I promise.

    Also, bad posture contributes to the illusion that you have excess belly fat. Your body is designed to have fat on your belly, it’s quite literally the first place it stores fat. Unless you want to live your life only burning the carbs in your stomach and dying when you run out of carbs, you’re going to have some fat there. Again, build your ab muscles. It will help distribute the fat so it looks cut and clean.
