I have medication organizer.
What's wrong with sun screen?
You should be afraid of lengthy sun exposure. Being bombarded by god knows what rays for hours isn't good.
You eat carbs with your fats.
Dietary cholesterol doesn't translate to blood cholesterol. Your body used it to make hormones.
>Dietary cholesterol doesn't translate to blood cholesterol.
I never said it did. Dietary fat is used by the body to make cholesterol.
> Dietary cholesterol doesn't translate to blood cholesterol
Wrong
not, but you are an uneducated ignorant cretin moron, so your opinion is worthless
Dietary cholesterol and saturated fat raises LDL which is casually linked to CVD.
>Dietary cholesterol and saturated fat raises LDL
literally not you fricking homosexual, and you'd see if you bothered to read more than 1 cherrypicked shitty study nobody cites
>casually linked
It's all casual, bro.
eat natto and pomegranate juice to clear arteries
Have more heart attacks to build up a resistance
Cholesterol is a precursor to testosterone.
Right, the question was how do I get stronger without increasing my risk of dying of heart disease.
Get protein from lean meats like chicken breast, low-fat yogurt, nuts, and beans.
Based moderation Chads save the day
Avoiding fat is not moderation.
every "balanced diet" poster is a fricking moron who doesn't understand even the basics of dieting like energy sources
best to ignore
There's no reason to do that, OP.
Eat shittons of fruit/veg to balance out your meat consumption
Eating meat alone is actually more satiating.
I ate far less meat eating only meat than I did on a conventional diet.
So the 'more meat = more heart problems' study everyone likes to site is completely irrelevant to anyone on a carnivore diet.
Pic related. It's who's actually at risk of heart problems from eating too much red meat.
The FDA studies that denigrate ''red meat'' combine all forms from the nastiest hot dog to the finest cut of beef in their analysis.
Can you post the source on this? I’ve read the studies before and agree I just need to find it to show a few gays who doubt me
Eat the meat first in a conventional dish.
Eat lean meat, fish, eggs and veggies.
Heart disease is caused by sugar and sneed oils not meat
What substance thickens the walls of the coronary arteries and narrows them?
Inflammation causes arteries to get damaged and cholesterol is just one of the things responsible for repairing it. Something shit fricks up and too much stuff gets in the same place and it can be blocked. Cholesterol is not the actual cause.
I dunno bros I started having raw egg in my protein shakes and I think it's blasted my cholesterol levels.
>look up ways to lower my cholesterol
>it's ALL shit that I just already do/eat naturally anyway
I guess I'm good then?
Not if the information that you used for your analysis was hokum.
vitamin k2, good mix of salts
Maybe you should do some research and you'll see that the higher your cholesterol the lower the mortality rate is. Go eat some food that didn't even exist 150 years ago. I'm sure our ancestors ate beans and low fat yoghurt
Fricking morons itt
Low LDL has the highest rate of heart attacks. The rate gradually decreases inversely with LDL and only upticks slightly at the extreme high end. High total cholesterol and low trigs is ideal. The only way to achieve this is by eating animals and avoiding modern foods. Vegans have vegetarians have terrible lipid profiles, terrible HDL:Trig ratios, and this is observed in their poor health outcomes.
You can't. Risking it all or nothing is the only way to truly make gains.
What, did you think there was an "easy" way? No, you have to give up whatever you think is most important to make it.
>meat, which we have been eating for almost a million years suddenly le bad
>plants, which we only started eating in significant quantities in the last few 1000 years is suddenly le good, even though they cause a frick ton of new diseases we never had before
ok israelite
still gonna eat what my ancestors ate
still not gonna eat your goyslop
simple as
>high cholesterol BAD!
>>>/b/
This is a fitness board, this isn’t fitness related. Quit shitting up this board with non-fitness /health/ threads.
I am classified as obese by BMI and I have high cholesterol. I have been drinking a frick ton of beer since 2019 shits caught up with me. Time to quit drinking and start exercising again.
take the starchpill
stop trying to kill people all the time, Satan
All the evidence is pointing to processed sugars, vegetable and seed oils being terrible for you. Go ahead and post your cope.
