You don't. You accept your age. If you don't, you will end up a coping plastic gay like Mickey Rourke.

There's no in between mode? Kinda like fake nattie mode, where you use just enough cope juice to slightly improve

        Use sunscreen
        Moisturize
        Maybe go for PRP treatments
Take skin healthy vitamins and foods
        Work out
        Anything beyond this is Woman-tier

I went from being fat to leanish with less shit foods and my skin improved. I was doing OMAD but I think it has more to do with the shitty food and being fat.

You’re going to age no matter what and here’s the real kicker you’re gonna die eventually too. Live well and as much as you can talk to an old man any old man they’ll all tell you the same thing

Was about to recommend cancer council as a good resource as Australia has a big skin (cancer) issue but Le page doesn’t actually say whether or not said approved sunnies are carcinogenic 🙁

He's likely referring to chemical sunscreens having endocrine disruptors in them (eg: oxybenzone, octinoxate, homosalate, parabens). Yeah they're a thing and given our shitty world they're also in other things, but you can reduce your exposure to them.

The alternative sunscreen is Zinc sunscreens as they're not absorbed into the skin in the same way. The downside is they're much more visible on your skin.

Know what will definitely cause cancer, especially if you live in Australia? UV rays.
Too many gays skip physics in high school and never understand how damaging they can be, spend entire summers getting blasted and then are fucking surprised that they develop cancer.
Then they'll turn around and tell you how dangerous microwaves are.

          >spends 8 hours a day out in the sun, never wears sunscreen (calls it poofta shit)
          >during summer goes shirtless
          >covered in melanoma and blames 5g

you memeing about sunscreen causing cancer will actually convince people that they should stop wearing it and they will, in turn, get cancer. you're a bad person and you need to grow up already; practice empathy like an adult or something.

A lot of popular contain chemicals that alter estrogen levels/are possible carcinogens

+If you have darker skin sunscreen isn't as necessary compared to those with light skin.

buy hydroquinone from alldaychemist (dirt cheap), it makes your skin lighter and fairer; gets that glow back. don't use it for longer than 3 months at a time or it begins to do the opposite.

Tretinoin, moisturizer, and sunscreen everyday. Retinoids are the only proven skincare product that will *slightly* reverse aging signs as well as prevent new aging signs from occurring. The sun damages your skin and makes age. If you're one of those ISTfags that need to tan because it makes you look more stacked, start spray tanning instead of UV tanning.

Do a splash of water to rinse your face in the morning and only wash your face at night. Try double cleansing. If you're retarded and ugly because you don't know basic skincare and don't know what the fuck that is, that's when you use an oil based cleanser before a water based cleanser. Your sunscreen will leave residue if you don't do this and you will get horrible disgusting acne that will take away from any body progress you've made.

Talk to an esthetician about specific products for your skin. Hydration and moisture is the key to youthful skin. Don't fall for those stupid ass face stickers you wear at night to reverse wrinkles. It's the same thing as doing a body wrap but to your face, results are shit. Talk to a dermatologist to get tretinoin but honestly there are sites where you can order it from overseas for cheaper. Don't go ham on the retinoids at first because you will fuck up your skin, you need to build up a tolerance to it. Start at the lowest percentage you can find and work your way up. .25% is standard for starting and 1% is the highest. You can get lower % in compounds - if you want an easy way for this try Curology or the equivalent in whatever shithole you're from.

Find that skincare guide on Google Docs from IST. I literally don't know jackshit about skin but just followed the recommendations in that about 11 months ago. My skin wasn't too bad before but I definitely looked 29/30, after a year of that pretty basic routine I look like I'm in my mid-20s. Gf didn't believe me when I first told her I was 30.

    What I use

    *Treitonin
    *Doxy pills
*banana peels (potassium keeps the skin tight)
*Yves Saint Laurent moisturizer (just bought this today)

Also I used zinc pills for a brief while a long time ago and tried some again recently but also I think they don’t react to my body anymore since I saw no change.

I bought YSL because it is marketed as giving your skin a “glow.”
