I'm 5'10, 145lbs. My TDEE is 2700kcal. I eat once a day. By noon I'm fucking starving. By the time I get home around 2pm I'm weak and the hunger is painful. I eat then sleep for three or four hours. Around 8 in the evening I do my two hours of weights if it's upper day, or my 30 minutes of abs + 9 sets of bicep work if it's day B. I work out every single day.
I haven't been able to lose a kg in months. How the fuck is this possible? I'm killing myself every goddamn day. 36 years old btw. I've resigned myself to the fact that just to stand still you have to be ravenously hungry every day.

Listen man. I weigh almost that. And I'm 4 inches shorter than you and not even remotely fat. I also probably eat 1600 cal a day. Maybe hit 2k on a rare day. What are you doing that justifies 2700kcal? You are supposed to rest. Why would you work out every day? I'm 34 and almost never hungry. I basically force myself to eat.
I have the same issue, 83kg at 179cm, and I'm hungry all day every day, though I eat 3 large meals and try not to snack, but I feel famished constantly

It's really hard to accomplish this in a high-carb low-protein diet. It is physically painful. You can't focus, you get the shakes, headaches, all that. It's literally withdrawal symptoms similar to what alcoholics and drug addicts go through. That tells you all you need to know about Cap'n Crunch and potato chips. But no one ever talks about it...
i found that when i eat more in a day, the more I wanted to eat, but the less I ate in a day, the less I wanted to eat. idk if that makes sense
Ironically. fasting fixed it, I never did something retarded like 7 days, just a 36 every sunday following a saturday cheat meal. I ate less when I was obese fasting, then when I was overweight CICO. because my stomach shrunk... Then when I was starving I was pounding like 6 gallons of Mio-Water a day just to not cheat.
First off, are you actually hungry or just bored/tired? Most fat people (I know you said you're not fat, just an example) eat out of behavioral habit and not physical need. Generally, drinking a bunch of water fixes hunger. If you can drink a glass of water and still think you're hungry, then you're not actually hungry. Food is a common behavioral addiction.
