How do I stop being a picky eater autistic moron?

I am in my mid 30s and still can only eat a handful of foods. Went to three different therapists to talk about this and they couldnt help me either

            Your passive aggressive sarcasm doesn't change the facts - if you want to be able to eat a bigger variety of foods you have to just eat them. Mind over matter. Power through it.
            Try fasting for 24 hours and then breakfasting with something you normally wouldn't eat. Hunger is the best spice.

            I remember my parents forcing me to sit down at the table and eat vegetables and other shit I hated and me crying and gagging while I did it. But now I'm a normal adult that can eat a variety of foods. Stop being a crybaby b***h

    im not sure anon, very similar situation but early 30s and i havent exercised in some 16yrs.
    the only red meat i really eat is lean mince beef, bacon and ham.
    Otherwise the only other meat is chicken breast or tendies.
    A steak, seafood and weird complex/mixed food puts me off so much and even the smell of normal mince beef makes me want to gag.
    I'm a skinnyfat POS just wanting to be able to go on hikes and feel fit, but idk how far i'll get... i just started
    I've lived off of salads(with no dressing) and chicken breast with dry seasoning, maybe i'll try that again.

    by eating simple foods. I think being a picky eater has helped me lose weight honestly. I just changed what foods I'm picky about. for example: the past few months I've been having omelettes for dinner every night

    I'm a picky eater, my mom started me with sprinkles in yogurt to get used to the bits in it and I ate mostly milk and feta wraps.
    I now eat potato, meats, and stews. Your main flavours I recommend as a picky eater are onions sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hoisin sauce, gochujang.

    Example: mix all ingredients listed and put on cheap cut of beef, add chili powder and paprika to taste, start at 275 for 30 minutes then turn down to 175 marinating every 15 minutes.

    To get used to weird textures use day old rice from fridge, add to medium temp pan add basedsauce and pre cooked meat of choice, heat while adding paprika all while mixing, add eggs depending on amount and mix into rice, while incorporating egg I sometimes like to add some aged cheddar but it isn't necessary, mix and flatten until cooked to slightly past paste consistency, serve packed in bowl.

    I'm moronic as shit so I hope this helped. Just experimenting with food helped me with my picky eating. Still can't eat coleslaw though lol
