I used to be unable to go to sleep if I'm hungry. I'm not going to post a long ass story about how I overcame that shit but it all comes down to willpower. you know this already.
just grow some balls and deal with it
When I was kinda chubby I would swallow 2 sleeping pills around 9pm, not only did I sleep like a baby but i'd wake up groggy and not hungry until at least 1-2pm.
It's not the healthiest strategy but it worked for me. It gets easier the smaller you get. It's like a positive-feedback-loop.
b***h you don't know what low blood sugar feels cos your ""low"" is like 4.8, just let body drop off some glucose from your tissue via glugeogenesis fatty you will be fine
meanwhile when I crash I go below 2 and sometimes need to be saved by my gf cos at that point my brain starts to shut off and go on autopilot
asking again: how does that guy manage to stand upright? i think he's bending back but it's still impressive how he doesn't just fall forward.
also, how is all of his fat localized in his gut? is this the actual "beer belly" in the wild? I thought fatties stored fat all over their bodies
Bro my body fricking ACHED every minute of the day when I was 30lbs overweight. And i'm assuming OP is a lot further gone than that. The human body simply did not evolve to carry that much weight in lard.
If he's not already perpetually in pain now then it just means he's super young and will be once he hits his late 20s / early 30s.
That's just what vertebrae look like in section, the "gap" you see between the "two spines" is just a tunnel in the vertebrae through which nerves travel
Go to bed early, keep snacks out of your house, drink more water and routine-ify your eating habits. Schedule your meals, and try to eat more real food. Cut out processed shit if you can afford it.
Finally, a lot of people will snack or binge late at night because they're usually at rest and need to actively do something. Finding something to do with your hands has really helped me. Play video games or do something creative. Good luck!
literally just go to bed earlier. If you can't, research and buy a selection of snacks that won't blow out your calorie intake. One thing that has worked wonders for me in that way is Orville Redenbacher's microwave kettle corn packets that are 100 calories each but make a giant bowl of popcorn... enough to fill you up and feel like a "binge", but doesn't pack calories or mess up your macros. FiberOne also make little brownies that are 70 calories and greatly satisfy a need for sweet while having like 2g of sugar, and Kind makes really good "chewy-style" bars that are 100 calories and don't taste like terrible hippy trail mix shit. These have helped my recent cut immensely
just don't eat. simple as
It’s not that easy moron. My blood sugar crashes unless I eat something late.
I used to be unable to go to sleep if I'm hungry. I'm not going to post a long ass story about how I overcame that shit but it all comes down to willpower. you know this already.

he's in an incredible amount of pain at all times
How do you know?
women complain about back pain just from having big boobs. imagine having something that's 20x the mass hanging off of your body.

oops I meant to tag
W-why does the fat one have 2 spines?
It's 1 spine, the middle part is the neural cord. It seems very wide because of the weight probably distorting the vertebrae and disks.
That's just what vertebrae look like in section, the "gap" you see between the "two spines" is just a tunnel in the vertebrae through which nerves travel
>incredible amount of pain
>looks chill and reaches for a beer that gave him the gut in the first place

When I was first losing weight, when I got hungry I drank a lot of water until I felt full.
