      Who says you need help?

I do. I eat it out of habit. I can't go more than a few days without a big bar of Cadbury or something no matter how many times I tell myself I'm done.

Assuming you're genuinely addicted and not just being a lazy fatass, ween yourself off. Don't try cold turkey since that clearly isn't working.
Go 3 days without eating chocolate, then eat a smaller potion than what you're used to. Then go 4 days without chocolate, with an even smaller portion. Then 5, etc.

You need to show more discipline, which is made infinitely harder if you keep trying to reward yourself.

I'm in the middle of losing weight right now, and I'm down twenty pounds. Most of those twenty pounds are from the last three weeks, but I've been watching what I'm eating for six weeks. For those first three weeks I remained stagnant because I kept rewarding myself, which only furthered the idea that it's a temporary diet. It is not.
You can still enjoy chocolate every now and then, but not on a regular basis, far from it.
The hedonistic lifestyle needs to die if you want to improve.

Also try drinking more water it'll make you feel fuller all the time, which makes a calorie deficit easier.

moronic normalgay-tier advice. For a slop junkie it's much harder to eat a tiny amount rather than abstaining altogether. Doubly so if he's got a binging problem (as all fat fricks do).
If he's REALLY craving something chocolatey he can have low-cal choco-flavored pudding.
Yes, eventually he can get back to eating real choco again but he needs to get his shit together first. You CAN ride the tiger... but you better start with a pony first. Until then: slop begets slop.

And the reason you ween off drugs is the brutal, neck-snapping withdrawals. There's AA-style programmes that preach moderation but even those ask you to be sober for a month at first.

Naw there are plenty of worse options. Most fast food is horrible outside of protein content

Good question. Chocolate and donuts are my weakness. I never eat that much, but I usually have one chocolate bar or donut a day. I think it’s due to sugar cravings. Might help to cut down by eating more fruit

Your only hope is to buy all the chocolate at your local Aldi’s and destroy it so its not available

Be careful, all that theoBROmine can mess with your blood pressure - I say this as someone that’s passed out twice several hours after chocolate feasts (no bully pls)

don't have any around; remove the reasons that make you want to have some, remove or replace the rituals etc.
eat a lot of healthy stuff instead. the easiest way to kick a sweets habit is a clean bulk. body is never hungry and has all the carbs it needs means no cravings, do that for half a year and your body will stop wanting sweets, you will just not like them that much anymore.
imo hiking can help to get your body used to and comfortable with operating on other energy sources than just sugar you eat

    >How do I stop myself from eating chocolate?
    Stop buying it.
When you have a craving for junk food, eat real food instead.
If you have a sugar craving, add raw honey to your meal, eat fruit, or drink fresh unpasteurized fruit juice.
Make your daily meals tasty so you enjoy and look forward to eating them. Smother them in herbs and spices if you have to.
Eat plenty of meat with each meal and some organs (esp. liver and heart) to feel completely satiated after a meal. When you crave junk food, your body is actually signalling to you that you're deficient in certain nutrients. Organs like liver are natural multivitamins, and they'll reduce your cravings because your bosy will be nutritionally satiated.
Food addiction can be eliminated within a week or two if you follow these steps and exercise some discipline. The question is, how badly do you want this? You have to actually commit for at least a few weeks before you'll see results.

Are you an adult? Don't fricking buy any. Are You a Child? You need to be 18 to post here. Are you in charge of your own nutrition? Then just don't fricking buy any. Can't eat what's not there.

I don't understand how this is even a problem for fat people. Literally just don't buy the fricking chocolate.
The chocolate snack doesn't just materialize itself on your desk, you went to the store and you took it off the shelf with your fat grubby lard hands.
Just literally don't buy the candy. It's that simple.

    don't buy them
when you go to the store, don't walk down the aisle
don't put them in your cart
IFF you must, because you are a weak willed homosexual, pay the premium for a small bag, and don't get the XXXL "Party Size" that you eat solo in one sitting.

    Wah lah.
If your addiction is bad enough you might need to make a list of the shit you need before grocery shopping, figure out the cost, then leave your cards at home and buy your groceries with exact cash so there's no extra for candy.

You can try making some savory dishes with baking cocoa.
I like it in my black beans with chipotle, cinnamon, smoked paprika, and garlic.
