                also i figured out a potential reason for him calling anyone and everyone a "ketolard" "ketoschizo" etc. it's because anything other than large amounts of bread is "low carb" to him and "low carb" = keto in his mind even though keto means ketosis and if you aren't in ketosis from large amounts of carbs then that wouldn't really be keto would it?

                i think it's strictly grains, he gets mad if you mention the thought of getting your carbs from potatoes. I don't mean french fries either.     eat more fiber. eat a ton of veggies frick the homosexuals that say "ooo fiber le BAD" Just eat all that shit with chicken breast preferably raw veggies so they have more water content thus filling you up more it's not perfect probably, but its better than overeating by 1000 calories with cake and shit like you know you will do again and again

      How? Eggs and peanut butter alone accounted for 30g. Cooking in butter or olive oil adds another 10-15g and the rest comes from meat and dairy.

    None of this is a problem if you just burn 3000 to 3500kcal per day.

    If you are a man of decent height and weight you'll burn about 1800 to 2000 without leaving your bed, so that just leaves 1000 to 1500 through exercise.

    Even if you did absolutely nothing until 20:30:
    >walk 6km to the gym in 1 hour, 500kcal
    >work out for 1 hour, 400kcal
    >walk home again, longer route, 600kcal

    Literally did this last night.
    I do this a few times per week, equivalent in cardio all other days.
    Don't sleep on walking, anybody who says it doesn't work is either not doing it, not walking fast, or not tracking it.

      I walk 3+ miles a day with my dog. Don’t really have time for more than that. I go to the gym 4 times a week for about 1-1.5 hours.
