How do I train "agility"?
Like I want my body to "feel lighter"
I want movement to be faster/easier/more coordinated
How do I achieve that

Calisthenics and cardio

Weighted clothes, unionically.
This is your answer . Weighted clothes have done wonders for me, and the only negative is that I haven’t had the opportunity yet to drop them like Rock lee and get foids immediately wet.
Cross country, start random bouts of sprints in your jog. Do hills and sprint up them. Carry gear and go on a hike, then hike without gear. I lost 6 lbs during hunting season just from lugging around my gun and crossbow and killbag.
Also do bleachers at local HS
That's called the fartlek training. Laugh all you want it's true.
>how's the training going bro?
>bro just focusing on fartkek nowadays wbu??
fartlek isn't random though, also does anyone know if fartlek works for rowing?
it was originally random when it was invented. Now people do structured versions as well.
play actual sports, skateboarding, boxing, sprints, swimming, basketball, gymnastics, climbing, yoga, calisthenics, olympic lifting
Skip rope for sure, gets you faster on your feet.
Start with ladder work and cone drills
Swimming, running, (weighted) calisthenics, cycling, be <12% bodyfat
barbarian village agility course
Learn how to juggle whilst riding a unicycle.
If feasible, get your own trampoline. It’s an incredible workout.
On canifis rooftops. Thats what i do anyway
Lose weight
Powerlifting, believe it or not. I was able to do backflips and shit and no amount of personal transportation could fatigue me when I used powerlifting training to increase my force output without increasing my bodyweight and ended up benching 2pl8 at 130lbs.
>increase my force output without increasing my bodyweight
how the fuck
Practice lifting and develop your CNS as much as possible but stay away from failure and don't eat enough to gain muscle. At some point you will have to gain muscle to progress. Staying just short of that you can min max agility. Also it's not like you want zero muscle. I was 130lbs but I was also 5'3" so I had some muscle. You want to be skinny strong.
this is the dumbest question on IST right now, and there is some bro on here asking how to count calories without having to physically count calories.
link me to the dumb bro expeditiously
The answer is just to play sports and do
do??
just do.
DO WHAT
either this or figure what is weak in your body and strengthen it. then do drills of whatever you want over and over until you get faster. the reason everyone is giving op a different answer is because they all have different weak points and fixing them made them improve their agility
Boots of lightness
Bast answer bar none is jumping rope. Got really into it for like six months and the benefits stuck. Learn the moves, they’re a fucking nightmare, but the combination of timing, upper, and lower body movements just can’t be beat. Like double cross double under, whipped myself so many times learning that one. Recorded myself playing tennis and while my swings were not impressive I looked good running and moving.
Calisthenics
Cardio
AND FUCKING CALF RAISES
holy shit, try doing heavy calf raises for like half a year, you'll feel like you're walking on air when you jump
Yoga, running, gymnastics, jiu jitsu, boxing circuits.
agility drills
