Here's a beginner routine example that will bring you towards that physique

1-2-x repeated over and over

Rear Delt Raises + Lateral Raises 4x8-12
>Day 2
Split Squats 4x8-12
Bench Press 4x6-10

Curls + Tricep extensions 4x8-12

Permabulk if a Halloween decoration, slight bulk into near infinity if skinny, minimal diet change if chubby, slight cut if overweight, cut until you can't stand it anymore if a lard elemental. Eat a diet high in vitamins and minerals regardless and eat 1-1.1g/pound or 2.2-2.4g/kg of protein per pound of lean body mass

Don't be too sleep deprived or you won't be able to achieve the body you want. Hormones will get fucked up and you won't have the mental energy to put in work. You'll just give up if you aren't sleeping

Do day 1, the next day do day 2, then take a rest day after that. After your rest day start at day 1 again and try to lift more weight or do more reps

I don't know how strong you are. Go into the gym and start light. Work up in weight until you can only do a set within that rep range. Next time you're in the gym start with that weight after you warm up

It takes a lot more protein than that to mess with your kidneys. If you weigh 200 pounds right now and you're 20% bodyfat, that means eating 160g-175g of protein per day is the highest you can go to get benefits while still staying under the amount of protein that would be harmful to you, which at 200 pound would be around 250g of protein per day or more

My abs aren't as defined as the pic in the OP but I'm in similar shape, here's my routine: Stretch, bicep curls, overhead press, bench press, farmer's carry, crunches, and sit-ups. Might do some shoulder shrugs or lateral raises if I want to hit my shoulders a bit harder. For legs: Ham string and quad stretch, knee taps, squats, glute bridge, and clam shells. I go for walks regularly as well and also have some stairs in my home in case I want to do sets of those as well. I didn't give the rep amount because I'm not sure what level you're at, start by doing just a few reps in each exercise and then work your way up.

For a long time if you asked a bodybuilding coach how to get wide shoulders, the answer 9/10 times would be "wide grip pullups" or some variation of that. Builds the hell out of your lats and rear delts and makes you wide

Also, most females do not seek the shredded physiques that roiders have. It can be quite off-putting for them. My ex called me "ripped" even though I was 15% - 18% body fat during the time we dated (I trained for strength mainly and had some feint definition on my abdomen. Good arm vascularity though). Looking visibly strong despite not having definition will go a long way with females.
