Not all girls are like this, but those who are not are very difficult to encounter because usually, the things they do for fun are done alone (reading, playing video games, painting, etc), and the way they meet partners is by their friends introducing them.

You can never trust information people give about their own relationship. The girl is almost certainly unsatisfied and it will blow up eventually. Never show weakness.

          How to develop good vibes?

Mate.. I know the struggle, but let me tell you - the end product you're chasing is correct, but the way you're approaching is not going to work. I speak from experience, I went down the rabbit hole of "noone will ever love me if I keep being this lazy manchild with no ambition and discipline, I will work myself into being lovable" and it worked. It really fricking worked. It broke me on some levels and I'm still recovering and will be in recovery for a while.
      >how did it work if it broke you anon
Because the ideal is correct, the way of reaching the ideal is not. You should want to be the best version of yourself. But for yourself. My compete disregard for my health and safety had and has me risking my life and pushing myself beyond failure. I strained and grated myself into a better life and now I can see that everyone that is around me right now, my friends, gf and colleagues - those people like me. They don't like me if and because I work hard, even though my head tells me so sometimes and it's really hard to not listen. They like me, because my real Me, the likeable Me, gets displayed every time I try hard and do things properly.
      cont.

And that "Me" comes from hard genuine work and interest, which can be either achieved by chasing self-destructively after an ideal that you created in your head which inherently causes you to crash, or you risk taking yourself seriously. You don't just model yourself after your favourite person. You try and be realistic with yourself. You accept that you are autistic at some points. You accept that you have something divine inside yourself that deserves to be developed in spite of your autism. You accept that you are deserving of love and that the only way you can make the love stick around is if you risk taking yourself as a whole seriously and develop yourself along the axis whilst having respect and understanding for the weaker sides of yourself. Allow yourself to love yourself. Push yourself harder than you ever did, but not because you feel. Every time I pushed myself because I thought that is the way I'll hold those dear close to me and they won't leave me, it hurt me. Every time I decided to fold and show weakness after trying genuinely really hard and not giving up, even if that showing of weakness was like dipping my nuts into hot lava, it strengthened the bonds with these people. Trying to be perfect all the time makes you into a doll. I actually had people approach me in the past accusing me of being a psychopath because I forced any sort of negative or hateful reaction out of my behavioral catalogue until I couldn't bear it and silently exploded on some poor soul. You won't get people to stick around if you're not willing to show the sides of you that you find detestable. People want to be friends and lovers with humans, not Ken dolls. Allow yourself to take yourself seriously, as a whole.

Insomniac here, you power thru by necessity as nobody gives a shit about your problem even if is one of the most unealthy things that you could do

Caffeine is your best bet short term wise but you truly feel your lifespan being culled, is a wierd feeling while drugs are fun and so is junk food existing on 4 hours of sleep or even less truly makes you feel like you are effectively killing yourself, which at some point you do consider just ending it directly as is unbearable

A friend fricked up his nervous system and stomach by doing this around age 20-22.
Then he was prone to bouts of rapid nervous breakdowns to the point where playing video games with him was unbearable.
He started going to all types of doctors at 24 including psychologists.
By 25-26 everyone pulled away from him, because of how abusive he became.

You will die early or live a really miserable life if you keep going down that path.
Force yourself to sleep properly and eat properly to pull yourself out of that ditch, Otherwise you become unsalvageable and a constant patient to 3-4 medical disciplines that will never heal you.

Sheer force of will initially, but eventually the build-up of fatigue will burn you out. This will cuck every conceivable aspect of your physical and mental health until you suffer a physical and/or mental breakdown. Sleep deprivation has a causal link with obesity, high blood pressure, muscle atrophy, stroke, kidney disease, diabetes, memory loss, depression, and anxiety.

There are far better torture techniques to subject yourself to if you're feeling masochistic and kinky.

It’s a mix of will and obligation. I’m in my 30s with a family, there’s non stop shit that has to get done all day. No time for rest, but you get so caught up in getting things done and so busy that you don’t have time to whine or b***h about it, you only have time to get it done and move on to the next thing. By the end of the day I’m usually exhausted, I look in the mirror and remind myself why most dads look lame and head out to the gym. This is a 180 from when I was in my 20s, I didn’t think I could physically do it, but you can and you do get use to it.

Those who claim four hours a night are just frauding. They get at least seven, but want you to sleep less and be all frazzled so they can look good by comparison. It's kind of like those who roid and lift weights regularly, but deny that and claim their muscular physique is from occasional push-ups and genetics.

I do this and I hardly manage. after a while I've gotten use to it but there were a few times where I've gotten into the cycle of okay ive got this to nauseous from lack of sleep to mental break down. i wouldn't be able to sleep at night even when I was only running on 4 hours because I'd start thinking "I'm about to have a heart attack because I don't sleep" and my heart would beat out of my chest. then I would start thinking "my life is fricked and I've spent so much time doing nothing, that's why I have to try so hard now so it doesn't matter if I die anyway" and then suddenly get a wash of euphoria. it's not good but I've been making an active effort to sleep more when I can.

    take care of yourself guys.

Doing this for the past three years has swiftly deteriorated my health, caffeine addiction also keeps my wheels spinning but all it does on the body is expend a lot of effort in study with not much output from this abuse. Pretending you live out a balanced life is a way better method to appropriate to yourself even if it takes longer.

All the doctor had to do was prescribe seconal 100mg and Norten wouldn't have fallen apart. People make giant social critiques about the film and so on but it was more a film on the consequences of insomnia and the dismissive of physicians to treat it. By the way, you cant get seconal anymore as they discontinued it in January of 2022, leaving your only option a compounding pharmacy which is about $1200 a month for a 30 day supply. It is the only treatment that works 100%. Sodium oxybate (GHB) is going generic soon so hopefully doctors will prescribe it off label.

I average 4-6 hours of sleep during my work week because I try to reclaim my free time back. On my days off I sleep up to 12 hours straight. Some days at work I feel like I am not going to make it. As a matter of fact I called out today just because I didn't sleep much and knew today was going to be a buys ass day so I said frick it. Felt amazing all day got some sunlight and exercise it was worth the loss of hours because I actually felt physically and mentally well.

They don’t. They’re lying. You would be very cognitively impaired at only 4 hours of sleep a night, every single night. Your working memory, attention span, rationality, alertness, general mental state, physical health, etc. all suffer greatly at that level of sleep deprivation.

Sleep is a necessary process. By not sleeping, you are literally killing your brain cells. It is the dumbest thing possible. It’s like not drinking water, or starving yourself. It will age you prematurely and shorten your lifespan, if not kill you outright.

Nobody survives long term on 4 hours. They become NPCs if they do and eventually star sleeping more.
    It just doesn't work.
The one friend I have who says he does 6 hours basically starts dozing off after 22:00 and wakes up at 5-6. He claims he sleeps 5-6 hours, but is a semi-zombie 2 hours in advance.
He also chugs 3-5 mugs of coffee a day.

Past 30 it is impossible. Before 30 it turns you into an NPC and you can only handle really basic jobs/tasks. Anything complex and you frick it up.

People who boast about sleeping only 4-5 hours a night are massive morons, all studies clearly shows these people are much more likely to get Alzheimer’s or any other kind of mental health issue really, statistics are proving that.
Sleep is the best thing you can do for overall health and longevity, look into Raegan’s and Thatcher’s late years, both of them boasted about sleeping 4 hours only and both of them ended up with sorts of dementia.
