Do more triceps work. Triceps are twice the size of biceps but occupy a lot of the same space. If your tris are bigger, it'll force your biceps up.

Also, eat more and train harder.

Can you recommend food tricep work outs with a barbell or body weight?
Skull crushers and diamond pushups don't seem to do the trick

Just say you're fricking lazy. Biceps isn't as small as DYEL homosexuals and powersharters(also DYELS) claim.

It has potential to be big, you just have to put the actual work in. And work it 2-3 times a week at least. Not throw some fricking 4 sets at the end of your Back day.

This is the most moronic meme animals repeat like parrots regarding arms
      >Uuuhrgy just neglect one part of your arm because the other parts is bigger
That's not even the question you fricking idiot, he wants to know how you specifically target biceps LEARN TO FRICKING READ.
This isn't even something anyone would say about any other muscle group
      >Oh want bigger legs, just neglect your hamstrings, your quads are bigger anyways
      >Oh want bigger chest just train your back homie
      >Oh want to know how to target the fricking traps muscles? Just work your lats those are bigger anyways
Why morons think this is an answer.

After you finish your orthodox bicep training, grab a 5kg dumbbell and just curl it, chase the pump and burn, do it often throughout the day, let's say a workout where you do 200 reps in the morning, 200 reps in the after noon, and 200 before going to sleep.
As for your other muscles training just do it with tired biceps
In just a week my bicep is already looking bigger

This is good advice. Biceps are part of your monkey muscles and like your core and other commonly used muscles require a lot of overtraining to see results, because they're stressed or utilized for most lifts already and for day to day life.

Gotta put the monkey muscles through extra reps. The fact that biceps are already hit by all those movements you mentioned, OP, means they're not gonna get a lot out of the regular sets.

I had an arm injury recently, and have mostly been doing close-grip pulldowns to hit biceps, and lots of tricep work.

Don’t listen to this dork, this isn’t how muscles work. His biceps are just short term longer from inflammation and giving himself a pump all day. Just gonna get repetitive motion injuries

Biceps responds usually well to high volume. So do more volume with less intensity.

Assuming every muscle requires same volume/intensity is one of the many filters in this hobby

Yes. Same with forearms. You have to do Forearms at least 3 times a week and really burn them out. 4-5 sets per session of total 15 a week.

People are just lazy and then complain they look like shit.

You want a good squeeze? Resistance bands. Cross body hammer and regular curl. This is in addition to your regular routine. Can fit in your bag, car, coat pocket etc. and costs 5 bucks

    upstanding, heavy, straight bar curls
Something that worked for me was having a spotter help me lift the thing with WAY more weight than I could manage, then not help me on the way down, so I could try to resist the weights
    Also dips

Pull ups and force failure by doing negatives. Then when you can’t do any more pull ups you go straight to BB curls with weights that you can do 5 reps with. Do that for 10 sets. Have fun.

How do I grow my biceps with an old injury that keeps getting reaggravated every time I start upping my reps/dumbbell weights? I feel the ache for a couple of days after doing any bicep circuit.

Never went to a doctor for the injury because I lost my insurance for a long time. I plan to in the near-future though.

Any exercises I can do to offset the ache?

Mine started to grow when I made my form worse. Go up 5lbs on each Dunbell, crap form up and slow controlled form down. Good form up is a fricking joke. Don’t hurt yourself but just get the weight up. Once your form starts to look better, that’s the sign to raise the weight again.

You are most likely not training as hard as you think and need to check your form to ensure you aren't switching the load to your shoulders or maybe but very unlikely, you are doing too much and need to let your biceps recover.

Why are you listing back exercises as though those are going to build your biceps? Learn how to curl properly, do several variations of curls, and do adequate volume to where your biceps (not shoulders) feel fricked up. Hammer curls, curls that target the short head (elbows back), and curls that target the long head (elbows forward, can use some front delt)

If you’re not genetically gifted the variations are particularly important. Experiment with them and see what gives you the most tension on the muscle and what feels the best, then do 6 sets bis minimum (on top of back training) ~twice a week ideally with 3 variations minimum

make sure u use proper form, my biceps are my strong point yet I use dumbbells less than 10% of my bench 1RM. If you're using too heavy weight then they wont grow, you need something that your biceps can handle for around 10-15 reps.
