      you only get stretch marks from being over 300 pounds or being a giga roid chud whose delts exploded in like a month

        No not necessarily. I was skinny all my life and once i gained even a little bit of weight i started getting stretch marks. My whole body was covered in them after my first bulk

    take proper care of your skin, exfoliate (depends on skin type), moisturize after showering (your entire fucking body every time) specific moisturizer for areas prone to issues and use retinol for collagen.

    only got one small stretch mark in my arm pit that you can't see from the front and some on my crotch, started taking care of it after that and haven't gotten more despite gaining significant size since.
