I remember everything I did and how much I lifted you just increase it every week. It's not fricking rocket science. I guess if you have poor memory and or low it then you have to do what you have to do. After few months of lifting you should be able to know what to do without writing shitndown unless you're a brainlet

well apparently 90% of fit are now rocket scientists since im a brainlet for not remembering random numbers but i know yall mfs straight up moronic with the shit you be posting

I just have a small notebook that I write down all my work outside. On Sunday I write down everything I’m going to do for the next week with the weights I’m shooting for. During the week, I write down how many wraps I did next teach at any particular now it’s like failing an exercise or whatever. I’ve been doing this for a couple of years and still haven’t filled up the notebook. In my experience it’s just easier than doing a spreadsheet did you have to be on your phone or a computer or some stupid app.

I just have a note in my phone. Put down the date and list the exercises. And for each exercise, the weights used, reps, and notes on form/rpe or how I oughta progress.

    >track your workouts

This shit is so gay. I imagine it's just a LARP for people who are just getting into working out so they can feel like ebin fitness gurus. If you cant' memorize a basic routine of like 15 movements and which day you're on, you're just a mental midget.

nah its mostly to track which weight and how many reps I did to check that there's an overall increase in time

        Anonymous

Do you not have a mental landscape where this is a relatively simple process?

For example, I have a push day today. When I went for my last push day 4 days ago I did 5 progressive sets of flat bench starting from 185 for 12 reps and going all the way up to 255 for one. I then followed this with a 3x8 for 185 on incline. If I'm feeling it, I'll try jumping some of the weights up in 5-10 lb increments. That's pretty much all you need to do.

It's got rest timers, instructions, videos, worked muscles diagrams and some other nifty stuff. Lots of data too if you're into that.
