I'm on 1050mg of test a week and 140mg of tren. Might up the tren in a bit though. I work 10 hour shifts in a very physical job and go to the gym for an hour and half after.

You can prevent that by waking up in the afternoon

Based. I used to do 10h split shift at a manual job, I had 3 hours in between splits so I'd drive home, eat, get my gym back, drive to the gym, lift, go home, eat, and be back to work. Those days went by very fast.

    Fix your sleep schedule.
Don't eat breakfast RIGHT when you wake up.
Keep breakfast and snacks simple. Have a heavy lunch or dinner.

Small, light lunch, go for a walk at lunch time, try and avoid sitting down during the danger hour ~2-3 hours after eating

The body naturally goes through this cycle though, body temperature dips in the afternoon
