      Meds, physical and artistic activities.

      This. Last time I felt really well natty was on a 10+ day fast. The come down was so rough I can't convince myself to start a new fast. Could be different with the meds though.

          In my case it also involves social and physical activity because playing music in couple bands. It's the one thing I didn't get anhedonia for, and mind you, I got it for alcohol. I still can't really do anything for and by myself except working out.

          >eating normally: horrible mood, zero motivation, numerous depression symptoms I had before and no ressources to fight them anymore
          The food didn't give me depression, I was spiralling down for several years and had previous undiagnosed episodes. I always felt better when fasting.
