        2000cals is supposed to be a 500cal drop for me, but im doing at least 1000cals of cardio a day now also, so probably too big of a deficit eh. dropping about 3-4lbs a week

          homie 3-4 pounds a week is a 1500-2000kcal deficit. You can eat more if you're not obese

    OMAD unironically. Hunger is triggered by a hormone release, it's not actually linked to your caloric needs. That's why fatties are always hungry despite stuffing their faces with burgers. All you need is to fast for a while to reduce your overall hunger levels.

    I only get dizzy when I’m fasting for more than a day
    Here’s an idea. It may be a bad one. Why not drink snake juice even though you’re not eating for very long?
