How do you eat 100+g of protein a day?

How do you eat 100+g of protein a day? My daily protein intake comes from chicken, protein powder, and eggs, but this usually isn't enough.
Anyone have a meal plan they're willing to share?

I eat 1 cup of dried buttermilk in the morning mixed with 1 cup of water. Then meat and eggs throughout the day as my meals. Then 1 more cup of buttermilk powder mixed with water.

I usually buy two pounds of chicken breast for the week and eat if five days a week for like 40g a meal

      ?
If you’re using protein powder already just use more.
I can understand if you’re one of those bird people and don’t want powder, but with it just….use more.

feels kind of nutritionally incomplete to just rely on a shit load of powder

400g chicken that’s like one meal

      I can't afford that much, I'm a college student

Stop eating like a teenage girl and see

        >How do you eat 100+g of protein a day
1 pound (450g) of chuck steak puts you at 104g protein for 1500 calories
        4 eggs 28g for 350 calories
        4oz liver 33g for 220 calories
So we're already at 160g protein for a little over 2000 calories. Add in as much fruit, milk, and honey as you want with rice or sourdough bread if you're still under a calorie goal

If you want to grow like a man, you have to eat like one

Not my whole diet, these are the sources of protein:
    >Brekkie
    2 eggs, cottage cheese
    >Lunch
Varies; salmon steak or 80/20 or 90/100 beef
    >Dinner
    Chicken Breast
    >Postworkout
Whey mixed in to greek yoghurt

    ~185g protein not even trying.

im in a really weird state where all my sources of protein are low-cal high-protein so i hit my goal and im still over 1000 calories below my needed bulking calories so now i just eat like fricking trash with sweets and stuff and i dont actually even like the sweets anymore i just do it purely for calories

heard of a protein waffle recipe though so i think thatll be good if i drown it in syrup, this is it if youre curious https://damndelicious.net/2016/07/15/healthy-protein-waffles/

    >Anyone have a meal plan they're willing to share?
Sure, but be mindful of the fact I'm bulking, work from 14:00-22:30, commute to work by bike and am 6'1":

Breakfast: 2 slices of meatloaf, hashbrowns, green beans. 1100 kcal. 57 g protein.

Commute to gym near work. -250 kcal
Work out at gym. -300 kcal
    Shower, go to work.

    Post-workout snack: 500 g of semi-fat quark: 370 kcal. 38 g protein.

Lunch: 4 slices of whole-wheat with PB and a pint of full-fat milk: 840 kcal. 36 g protein.

Dinner: slice of homemade quiche made with broccoli, cashews, brie, pastry and eggs: 840 kcal, 36 g protein.

    Commute back home: -250 kcal.

    Pre-bed snack: 500 g of semi-fat quark: 370 kcal. 38 g protein.

Total: about 3500 kcal and 205 g of protein. You can lower your calories by swapping quark and milk for low-fat versions. And dropping the hashbrowns.

    ~40-50gr @ breakfast = overnight oats (oats + milk + .5 or 1 scoop chocolate whey)

~20-30gr @ lunch = 3 eggs, sometimes add chopped cold cuts

~40-70gr @ dinner = huge variation here, eat anything with decent protein

~45-60gr @ post workout protein shake (1 cup egg whites, 1 or 1.5 scoop vanilla whey, milk)

    ~20gr @ before bed = greek yogurt

Eating is tedious as a former skele but I turned it into a routine so its not so bad.
    I aim for around 180-190gr.
I think discovering overnight oats was the biggest game changer

    2xpicrel is 88g and ~500kcal

It's piss easy to get the rest of the way to 100g of protein even if you only eat like, cake, for the rest of the day.

Do Americans not have skyr or low fat greek yogurt (which has similar macros)?

    6 eggs = 36g
    50g whey + 250ml milk =44.5g
    chicken 150g = ~40g

and you could reduce the chicken if you ate yogurt and some more milk instead, if cost is an issue.

How to f would that not be enough? Most of my protein come from those things too and I have to actually calculate so I don't over eat protein since your body can only use so much

i make my protein shakes with skim milk and two (2) scoops of powder per shake, often ill drink two (2) a day.
500ml of skim milk is 17 grams of protein
    + two (2) scoops of 25 each
67grams of protein in one shake, two (2) a day means im getting 134 grams of protein from shakes alone, plus food
