I tried one of those things once and it's fricking disgusting. Dog food tier. Worse than anything even from the frozen food aisle like hungry man or some crap. This person is mentally ill.

I get R/O water for 2$ a jug. Tap water is okay in a pinch, and its clean here, just doesn't taste very good. For cooking, mixing preworkout, coffee, etc, i just use tap.

if you're actually struggling just buy a shitton of fruit, actual meat, mushrooms, some frozen veggies, and a shitton of raman, peanut butter, bread, and normal butter, and some sort of bbq sauce or spicy sauce. That'll get you through a whole week.

    > buy shit, spend more, pay with food stamps
The Mexican immigrants could fill an entire cart of groceries to top and keep it at $100. I watched welfare trash spend that on twinkies and slim fast and barely cover cart bottom.

I live in Mexico and they buy that bullshit here where it's also way more expensive than the usa. Meanwhile I spend maybe 10 dollars a week eating beef soup with vegetables and some fruit

Times have changed. And these were fruit pickers, up to do harvest then head back to MX. They worked hard, paid cash and were frugal. Rice, dry beans, tripe, chicken.
More a comment on if you are given funds for free, you do lazy stuff like buy packaged food.

A lot of Mexicans still eat traditional diets and this is much healthier, a lot tastier, and a lot less expensive than living on junk food.

On the flipside, Coca Cola is raping Latin America and causing a ton of health problems across the planet

Yeah cola is a big one. Even the ones who eat traditional diets often drink a lot which is how they end up 5'6 185

Something I don't understand is how so many Americans of European descent have completely lost touch with their culture and roots, replacing it with mass-produced corporate junk not just in food but in many aspects of culture

I am glad that I am with a country girl with a momma who raised her right and taught her how to cook delicious family recipes passed down through generations

      Anonymous

I think they lost touch with their original cultures because white americans are from a bunch of different countries with completely very different cultures and they are a mix of all that so they had to reinvent themselves. And that's where fast food came in and offered a new "american way"
