I started to get that build from actually drinking a gallon of milk a day. Went from 165lb to 200lbs in like 3-4 months.
Heed my warning though, normies can't tell the difference between built fat and just regular fat. If you're only bulking for the aesthetic (like I did) you can get caught up in it and just become regular chubby. Make sure you are consistently going to the gym.
