How do you get heavier dbs up for seated presses?
I hit the 45kg dumbbells for a set of 12 yesterday but actually getting the dumbbells up is hit and miss. I'm currently doing a sort of seated power clean straight up into a press which feels okay up to about the 40kgs but past that it's 50/50 on actually getting them up in the first place

Kick them up using your knees
>put weights down where you're pressing
>stand up, with weights in hand
>sit down, rest weights on knees. 1 each.
>lift right leg up and curl to pick up DB to pressing height
>repeat for second DB
>stop being a moron
It's really this simple

I've only recently started doing seated dumbbell presses with higher weights, previously I did barbell/axle presses and push presses and only used dumbbells for lighter, volume stuff (like 5x12, 4x15). I've just always done it just by one motioning them but obviously because I am not Mateusz Kieliskowski, one motioning 45kg dumbbells is difficult
Kicking them up with my knees just feels weird
i think i fricked my neck up doing these, plus sleeping bad. Gonna take a day for swimming only, still get to do something with the shoulders but take it easy on the spine. Tore my rotator cuff a month ago, couldn't even lift it over my head n im back in the gym. The neck soreness feels fricked though, when I turn my head left it gets stiff, hard deep breaths hurt.
I got too wienery
im pretty sure that you know the answer already and better than anyone else that is going to answer you. not single one commenting in this thread does 45kg for 12 reps.
so yeah frick off with your humble brag or do you think we are all ifbb pro's mentoring noobies?
