I found metabolic training (15-25 rep range 4 sets per lift 30-60 seconds of rest) a boon in keeping the fat coming off in the lower %'s Scaling back main lifts to their highest intensity for two sets a week. Then splitting what's left of my gym time between metabolic training and cardio. You can't gain on a deficit naturally so don't try to.
