if you really didnt get vaxxed then they should go away after a while. covid really does have all sorts of weird effects and antivaxx bros need to start accepting it. ive had them too plus tinnitus and they all went away after a couple months
>live a life as healthy as possible >get blood work and doctor appointmente twice per year >made adjustments according to results and doctor's advice >stop worring about it beyond this
that's it, just accept you are gonna die one die and it will probably be very painful, meanwhile live your life in your own terms OP
Nta but I’m having it right now. Been ultra paranoid I’m having a heart attack for over a year now.
It’s a sharp ache, sometimes it’s only while breathing other times it’s nonstop. It’s localized to the left side.
It may be paranoia, but I can swear I have discomfort in the same side on my back and also in the left arm.
I quit caffeine, starting going on walks. I went to the ER for this when it first started in 2021. They told me my heart was fine and it was just anxiety.
I’m getting ready to go again soon. I’ve lost sleep dealing with this because I’m scared I’m gonna die in my sleep.
Had two instances where I sore I was having a heart attack, cold sweat, 180bpm. That was just a panic attack so I had to quit weed.
Hey OP here
So I can feel my heart like all the time, and every now and then it will palpitate and feel weird. Sometimes more than others and especially worse at night. The other morning it went crazy for 5 seconds pumping fast and sometimes I think my heart just stops and gives up for a moment. I thought maybe nicotine was the cause but I quit using these nicotine pouches and it's the same but maybe a tiny bit better
If you aren't getting lightheaded from these, they aren't usually dangerous
you have to stay at low/no caffeins. I went from 1200mg a day caffeine to less then 250 and they drastically reduced. Your heart had 4 main nodes it can "pump" from and sometimes the backup nodes fire early. There are different types. Nicotine, caffeins and alcohol all affect the heart and increase the likelihood of a 'false alarm" for your backup nodes to fire before the main one. Suck it up and reduce your intakes, i went through the same thing. When you crave something, remind yourself that it's screwing up your heart
Quit caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol. I used to get them all the time and that's what stopped my palpitations, but there's other reasons you might get them.
i dealt with anxiety/stress induced palpitations since about 5 years ago i guess. being overly aware of heartbeat, odd skip beat feelings, etc etc.
i always had stress-related physical symptoms like hypnic jerks, visual disturbances and so on... and it all interrupts my sleep and the sleep deprivation makes it all worse.
clean diet and exercise help (your gut is linked to your heart via the vagus nerve). dedicating time to relaxing helps. reducing stressors in your life helps.
if doc has checked and you're clean, it's something you gotta work on and learn to live with. even if it's terrifying and feels like you're gonna die sometimes.
Don’t know. Never got vaccinated. Not my problem
I'd accept it if I did get the vax but I didn't
I feel fit but my heart is weird. Like it needs a reset.

Yea that's what I hope, I also had a burning/ache sensation in my rib cage for a while but that went away

Safe and effective, chud.

They're the 3 things that keep me sane, I know that's a pussy comment but fuck. I'm going to have to try eventually if it may help, thanks

You have anxiety.
