        like I said, you may hate it, but I find it incredibly easy to chug extra 800-1000 cals with 2L soda, more if needed. it probably causes obesity because it's so easy to get calories from it.

      Spoken like a true Hobbit. You should also include fats if you need more calories (9 per gram vs 4 from carb/protein). I added olive oil to my protein shakes when bulking.

    Whole milk.

    2 cups is 320 calories. It's easy to add a large glass to every meal with another glass between meals. That's 1600 calories a day with pretty good macros.

    Are you trying to hit 800 kcal eating salad? Try some calorie-dense foods. A largeish burger alone is > 800 kcal.

    Don't listen to the garden gnomes in this thread telling you to dirty bulk. The answer is by 1. drinking milk, 2. chewing gum and 3. your body simply adapting to eating that many calories. For some of us like you and me if you want to gain muscle there will be times where it feels like you want to puke. I put up with it for a few months and now it feels I can eat larger portions without much trouble.

      A dirty bulk is eating pizza, burgers, more bread, and pasta with cheese while lifting heavy. Everything I listed has nutritional value. You've got motherfucking fools here telling him to drink sodas throughout the day cause, hey, at least I'll make muh calories.. big difference between the two.
