I don't. That's why I go before work. Same amount of time out of my day, less crowds, and more energy.

Well now I'm horny, thanks homosexual.
Once you start warming up and you get the music going you'll start getting into the groove of it. If it's that big a problem though because of your job draining you do it in the morning instead

      >t. 4chuds is his only human interaction

I'm a quiet quitter who doesn't give a frick about any of my work and commit serial time theft on company hours

      Based

I don't have the energy. I work a physical labor job am constantly suicidal and depressed. Nothing works I'm so close to losing it

Unironically meds brother. Once shit settles then you can start dissecting why things are so fricked but you need to calm it down before you shoot up a school or something

You just start, your sympathetic nervous system kicks in and squeezes you through even if you're fricking tired. For me it's just about getting over the hump of exerting extra effort if you're already somewhat burned out from working, so I just autistically focus and physically force myself to go

I'm 47, I do 30:00 of air bike and 50 hanging leg raises every morning at 5:00 a.m. and then lift weights for an hour after work.

It is a matter of will.

I don't have any physique shots. I look like a pretty normal guy in his late 40's, with a shade more muscle and less fat than my peers. Not posting a picture because I make no claim to beauty, just to discipline.

Caffeine around 4pm. Also it gets easier as you do it. The better shape you’re in, the more energy you have. Also my mentality: I view my job as something I have to get through each day before I can start doing what I actually care about, sort of like how it’s your last reps in a set that matter and where the growth happens. A day where the only thing I do is my job is a day wasted in my opinion, and this keeps me disciplined.

I make doors, its heavy work.
However i manage to workout three times a week.
It takes me 30 min to travel from work to the gym, in the car i look like a dead driving corpse. And when i get to the gym i know im going to wake up a bit once start my warmup ( bike hard for 15 min ) . Mind over matter baby

I've worked desk jobs as well as some warehouse jobs and retail/food service and desk jobs are absolutely the worst for your energy. Sitting around all day promotes lethargy and makes you lazy and tired
