This, there's a reason why it's best to get chickenpox as early as possible.

Sounds silly to get chickenpox when shingles might frick you later on. My father had shingles and it wasn't pretty

both Kratom and Reishi are potent immunomodulators which boost immune function. I've had a kratom addiction for like the past 6 years but the upside that I haven't gotten sick even once in that time. If you don't want a crippling opiate addiction, avoid the kratom and go the way of reishi, which also has tons of insane, profound health benefits... would recommend nootropicsdepot's 8:1 reishi extract capsules

Antioxidants, and a shit ton of them. Get rid of Vegetable oil and Canola oil, replace for olive oil, coconut oil, and butter and lard. Anything and everything that you can do to control low-level inflammation is great.
Exercise helps as well because you're cycling between high inflammation and no inflammation so your body is much better adapted to fast response and can destroy a large scale infection quickly.
I've heard ice baths work great after an exercise and that'll prime your lymphatic system really well.
Get rid of all stress in your life, being stoic helps manage it. Stress is a large contributor to inflammation.

All of this boils down to inflammation. It's the biggest issue you ever encounter when you get sick and it can kill you if your immune response is really slow.

you should actually read about inflammation. cause your stuff is almost as bad as mom science

Hence, it is commonly believed that increasing dietary intake of the omega-6 fatty acids ARA or its precursor linoleic acid (LA) will increase inflammation. However, studies in healthy human adults have found that increased intake of ARA or LA does not increase the concentrations of many inflammatory markers

econd, the often-repeated claim that dietary linoleic acid promotes inflammation was not supported in a recent systematic review of the evidence.

        >By virtue of their anti-inflammatory action, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) may be beneficial in inflammatory diseases. A large body of evidence supports a protective effect of omega-3 PUFA in experimental animal and ex-vivo models of Crohn's disease (CD), Ulcerative colitis (UC) and Rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

        >In addition, EPA gives rise to eicosanoids that often have lower biological potency than those produced from arachidonic acid, and EPA and DHA give rise to anti-inflammatory and inflammation resolving mediators called resolvins, protectins and maresins.

Here's some more recent ones for you

        https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6835717/
        >Omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are involved in inflammatory processes, but with opposite roles. Specifically, omega-3 PUFAs exert anti-inflammatory properties by competing with omega-6 PUFAs and displacing arachidonic acid in membrane phospholipids, decreasing the production of pro-inflammatory eicosanoids. Experimental studies and some clinical trials have demonstrated that omega-3 PUFA supplementation may reduce the risk of different phenotypes of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease.

        https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32939045/
        >Meta-analyses summarized the effect of fish and long-chain n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid intake on noncommunicable diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases in Western countries.

I argued that omega-6 PUFAs arent inherently arent dangerous. Then you post a bunch of studies on omega 3/6 ratio studies and say im wrong.
Yet you completely missed the point. Cause all those studies talked about low levels of omega 3 and high levels of omega 6. The ratio is the issue not a normal intake of omega-6, a long with normal intake of omega-3.

And a perfect analogy for this is how studies on meat show issues when the plant intake is low. however, theres no issue with meat consumption when the plant intake is high. does that mean meat is bad? or that the low intake of plants is bad? you just ignored the studies and started talking about a different point.
I never mentioned omega-3 nor did i say low intake of omega 3 is good for you.

and the one study you posted, thats behind a paywall is litterally made by a guy getting paid by a fish suplement company
