For breakfast I have one egg and a bowl of oatmeal with almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and greek yogurt.
Then I usually make another protein shake after working out or after dinner for "dessert" because it tastes pretty damn good.

      Breakfast
Two Marlboro Blacks with coffee milk (hot milk with instant coffee mixed in).
      Off to the gym.
One more cigarette outside the gym. I like to absolutely reek of tobacco as I pass by all the buttholes on the treadmills.
      Work out with gymbro.
Post workout cigarette in the parking lot before heading home.
Get home and start second breakfast.
Five eggs, cut up ham, and a shit ton of cheese, followed up by my protein shake. Whey powder, peanut powder, and powdered milk mixed with whole milk.
      Post breakfast smoke.
Shitpost on IST or IST till drowsy.
      Sleep till 3:00.
Get up and have a smoke.
Cook some sort of red meat. Washed down with another shake.
      More shitposting and or studying.
More food of some sort right before bed, followed by another shake.

      Rinse repeat.
      How am I doing?

          >based except the instant "coffee"
The milk gives me a few carbs for the gym. The "coffee" gives me a little energy as well. Also, 5 years sober next month. Coffee comes with the territory.

That's a lot of protein for that level of activity. You weigh like 300 pounds lean or something?

          >You weigh like 300 pounds lean or something?
Trying to gain weight, and it's working. I have a hard time keeping the weight on during the work season (mid April to beginning of December) but eat well during winter layoff.

Pretty good. Depends on your goals and if you are happy woth your physique I guess.

          >Depends on your goals and if you are happy woth your physique I guess.
Happy so far. Minimal fat gain, which will be gone two weeks into the work season.

not smoking enough if you ask me, but to each their own

          >not smoking enough if you ask me
About 12-15 a day. I really cut back in the winter layoff months.

I like protein pudding made with milk and a little yogurt. Casein mogs whey on a cut

      why?

It gels in your stomach and digests slowly so it's closer to eating something like meat or cheese and keeps you fuller for longer than whey. It also bakes better so if you wanted to make some brownies or something then you'd be better off using casein instead of whey

Whey with container of quark is roughly 55g of protons. Today I added a like 40g of oats and six big strawberries because I was missing carbs.
Here's a question though, are oats a good carb source before bedtime?

    Either with oats or yogurt

    But I Bake with it.

I also bought a ninja creami so I make ice cream with it. 110cals for 15g and it makes ice cream, I can add more powder per pint but I split it into 2 instead, which means more Almond Milk too of course. I unironcially cut on cinnamon nachos and ice cream for dinner with cheesecake chocolate yogurt for breakfast and a massive breaded chicken salad with hot sauce for lunch

Of course it's turbo dietized but it's how u look at it
