Henrietta Lacks cells? They don't do shit except contaminate all the other lab samples. You're right that they defy the Hayflick Limit but even though HeLa is human in origin, they are no longer karyotypically human. Some scientists have even called it a new species

I can actually answer this question even though you should probably go to sci:
we know how to lengthen telomeres but we don't know how to control the process. The problem is that there's only two forms of cells that lengthen telomeres: embryonic stem cells (cells within the blastocyst 4-5 days after fertilization which can transform into any other type of cells... otherwise known as "omnipotent"), and... cancer cells. Malignant tumors use telomerase to avoid cell death. So if we harnessed telomerase or ALT with the knowledge we have now, we would just give people cancer ( ;∀;)
Telomeres can be lengthened by eating a diet of only pure dark chocolate, daily exposure to lunar radiation, and performing at least one hour of interpretive dance every day. Just make sure to avoid all forms of water and never get a haircut.
Look up stem enhance. It is a supplement that encourages your bone marrow to release adult stem cells into the bloodstream where they go looking for things to repair. Those cells have full-length telomeres.
Livehangs.
You need more transposons.
Get bit by a radioactive spider.
You just need to become a cancer cell with unlimited telomerase activity bro
Someday a guy will be born that has this happen and he'll live for like 800 years but be demented as fuck.
There's a cancer cell culture from a woman who died in the 1950s that has not died yet. It may contain the secrets to human immortality.

OP fell for the Wernmaxxing meme.. rip
Epitalon
Astragaloside IV
Exercise and halthy eating. Telomerase maybe.
Exercise and fasting
>How do you lengthen your telomeres?
Be Asian
You wait for modernaos to be released and then install via mRNA injections.

would you do it fit?

Thanks, ChatGPT
by literally having cancer, I think

Spermidine. Look it up. I've been taking it and feeling fuckin great.
